PAYMENT & COVERAGE


Saskatchewan Health covers eye exams for :
-Children under the age of 18 (yearly)
-Patients diagnosed with diabetes, of any age (yearly)
-Ocular emergencies
-Patients who qualify under special programs such as Supplementary Health (every 2 years), Family Health Benefits (every 2 years) and Saskatchewan Income Plan (yearly).


Several private insurance companies cover the entire cost or a portion of the eye exam, glasses and contact lenses. Under some private plans, direct billing is also possible. To find out if we can direct bill your insurance provider please contact Family Vision Center or NuLook Optical.

Payment methods: we accept cash, cheques, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
